The Publish command creates an HTML document with all the parameters set as you specify in the Publish Setting dialog. If you are not familiar with HTML, you can rely on Publish to specify changes to HTML settings. If you are experienced with HTML, you can change or enter HTML parameters manually in an HTML editor, create your own HTML files to control a Flash movie, or create your own HTML templates for use with Publish.
